Bachofen sells shares to Lenze

Aerzen, 6 May 2025 – Bachofen Holding AG is selling its 51% share in Lenze Bachofen AG to Lenze SE as part of its succession planning. This makes Lenze SE the sole owner of Lenze Bachofen AG.

Daniel Bachofen, representative of Bachofen Holding AG, comments: "We are delighted to have found a suitable buyer in Lenze. This secures the future of our employees and locations."

Dr Marc Wucherer, CEO of Lenze SE, adds: "The complete takeover opens up additional development opportunities for our market position in Switzerland. This integration will enable us to meet the requirements of our customers, employees and suppliers even more comprehensively."

Lenze Bachofen AG will operate under the name Lenze Switzerland AG after the change in the register entries. Konrad Meier will remain Managing Director.
