Automation Camp 2025 successfully completed: Ten talents embark on their Lenze future

From theory to practice: at the Open Day on April 27 in Groß Berkel, it became clear how much intensive months of learning pay off. Ten talents presented their work results from the Automation Camp and impressively demonstrated how university graduates become employees at Lenze.

The Automation Camp is a central component of talent development at Lenze. The program combines targeted training with practical application and enables university graduates to make a smooth transition into the professional world. For Lenze, the camp is an effective tool for integrating international talent and optimally preparing them for future tasks.

The past few months have been a phase of intensive learning and personal growth for the ten participants. The shared living and learning phase promoted strong team cohesion.

The participants emphasize: "The direct access to the latest Lenze technology and the training by experienced instructors were particularly valuable. Flat hierarchies, direct communication with managers and networking with colleagues from all over the world were impressive. Technical expertise and social skills were developed significantly. Living together at the camp created a strong bond that goes far beyond the program."

From theory to practice

Arnd Ohme (Head of Technical Training) draws a positive conclusion: "The Automation Camp has proven to be an extremely effective qualification format. The combination of structured training blocks, the HamelnHack, trade fair visits and the gradual introduction to real tasks enabled a noticeable build-up of skills."

In technical terms, the participants gained a solid basic understanding of drive and automation technology. Over the course of the camp, the pure acquisition of knowledge increasingly developed into the ability to apply this knowledge and present it convincingly.

Arnd Ohme emphasizes: "The intensive challenge formats promoted teamwork and stress resilience. The joint development of results under time pressure was trained and consolidated. Personal skills training and coaching sessions strengthened awareness of customer situations, self-presentation and communication skills. Excursions and exchange formats expanded the understanding of the market and competition as well as the understanding of Lenze's corporate culture."

Next step: starting a career at Lenze

From May 1, a new phase begins for the participants: the young talents will start their on-the-job training in various departments in Italy and Germany.

Lenze congratulates all participants on their successful completion and wishes them every success for the exciting time that now follows in the company.
