Lenze Family Business: Shareholder Family Assumes Operational Responsibility

Aerzen, September 9, 2025 – The Lenze Group, a globally active specialist in drive and automation technology, is strengthening its future program by integrating members of the shareholder family into operational leadership roles. For the first time in decades, the fourth generation is stepping into day-to-day responsibilities: Lena Günther (28) and Dr. Moritz Belling (34) will assume key positions within the company.

This decision, made jointly by CEO Dr. Marc Wucherer and the shareholder family, sends a clear signal of entrepreneurial foresight, family continuity, and long-term strategic commitment—adding momentum to the newly launched transformation initiative at Lenze.

Driving Transformation and Strategic Development

Beginning September 5, 2025, Dr. Moritz Belling will take on the role of Director Transformation. He will lead strategic projects within the CEO’s division and report directly to Dr. Marc Wucherer, CEO of Lenze SE. On October 6, 2025, Lena Günther will join as Head of Business Development in the Finance division, reporting to CFO Bruno Krauss. Both executives bring extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and strategic consulting, and are making a full transition to Lenze.

“The transformation at Lenze is an entrepreneurial challenge I embrace with full conviction. I see tremendous potential to further strengthen our capabilities in technology, partnerships, and digital innovation,” says Dr. Moritz Belling.

Lena Günther adds: “Lenze is part of our family’s DNA. Taking on this responsibility is a meaningful step, and I look forward to working with the team to drive strategic growth and sustainable impact.”

Strategic Continuity Through Generational Leadership

Lenze is addressing current challenges with a clear future strategy focused on innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth. These personnel changes are part of the company’s transformation program and reflect the shareholder family’s long-term commitment to the business.

“Having two family members take on key roles is a sign of our shared confidence in the next generation and a clear signal for Lenze’s strategic direction,” says Dr. Marc Wucherer, CEO of Lenze SE.

With the appointments of Lena Günther and Dr. Moritz Belling, members of the Lenze shareholder family are returning to operational leadership for the first time in nearly 20 years. As representatives of the fourth generation, they bring fresh strategic perspectives and a deep-rooted understanding of the company’s values and mission.
